Upon final agreement, please be prepared to sign a "User Agreement."  

 

If the "User" is an organization, a certificate of insurance must be provided for the event.   The certificate of  insurance shall name “NEW ROCHELLE SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH” and “NORTHEASTERN CONFERENCE OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS” as additional insureds.
